HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIESWE GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS & EXCHANGES ON MOST ITEMS
- Most items that are returned/exchanged within 21 days of receipt.
- Most items that are returned to us in brand new condition.
EXACTLY WHAT WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR? WELL THAT DEPENDS..
If you received a defective item or one or more wrong items:
In this situation, we will always refund you for the cost of the item & your original shipping fee. We will also send you a pre-paid shipping label so that you can ship the item back to us at no cost to you. And if you are exchanging that item or just replacing that item, we will also reship the correct item back to you.
If you want to return/exchange because you don't like the way it fits
You will be responsible to pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us. And if you would like to exchange that item, you will also need to pay the shipping cost for us to ship the new item back to you. For more details on how to start a return, see below.

Prior to shipping any merchandise back, shoot us an e-mail with your order number & the reason for return. If you received a damaged product, got the wrong size or the wrong item, please let us know right away! In order to provide an RA number we may ask for photos of the damages. Feel free to speed up the process by including the images in your initial email
